  1. I just posted about a friend who offered bargain basement fees for PR work to a business that is recession proof but needs a kick start. They turned him down, even though it was a matter of hundreds rather than thousands of pounds. Mind-sets are definitely in depression mode …

  2. This is a very pertinent question for organizations to answer especially in a meltdown where companies are folding up.
